Hilliard Engineering Consultant RFQ/LOI Announcement

The City of Hilliard's Engineering Department is accepting Statement of Qualification (SOQ) submissions for various infrastructure projects and programs to support the City over the next five years. Letters of Interest (LOIs) are also being accepted for projects/programs that the City anticipates awarding over the next 12-18 months. Please review the "SOQ and LOI Announcement" and other documents below for details. SOQs may be submitted through Bid Express or emailed as indicated in the announcement.
