SW-118423 - USA (Utah) - Third Party Fire Inspection Reporting Software - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party fire inspection reporting software. – Contractor shall provide an electronic system and supporting services (program) to collect and report monthly to agency the results of all specified fire inspections which are being done by independent inspection companies (inspectors).– Reporting shall include but may not be limited to inspections for: extinguishers, fire suppression systems, hood systems, fire alarm system, emergency responder enhancement communications coverage system and fire watch reporting.– Contractor shall send reminders to owners and/or inspectors, as applicable to have their inspections completed and the reports submitted through Contractor’s system.– Contractor shall provide maintenance of the reporting system, training for City administrative personnel, training for users (the owners and inspectors), troubleshooting and technical help, as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
