Request for Proposals for Food and Beverage Services

The Town of Mammoth Lakes is inviting proposals from all persons or entities interested in entering into a contract with the Town of Mammoth Lakes for the purpose of providing food and beverage service at the Community Recreation Center (CRC) located at Mammoth Creek Park (686 Old Mammoth Road). The Town of Mammoth Lakes wants to partner with a business who shares our passion for excellence and will deliver an exceptional experience for our patrons at the new Community Recreation Center. Please contact the Town Clerk to request a proposal or download the document from this portal. The deadline to submit a proposal is 5:00pm on Friday, January 12, 2024. ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS in PDF form can be uploaded via this bid portal. SEALED hard-copy PROPOSALS can be delivered to the Town Offices at the Minaret Village Mall, 437 Old Mammoth Road, Suite 230; or mailed to the Town Clerk at Post Office Box 1609, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. Hard-copy proposals must be clearly marked “SEALED PROPOSAL for Food and Beverage Services at the Community Recreation Center (CRC)” on the front of the envelope. The Town of Mammoth Lakes will award a contract to the Contractor with a proposal that is most advantageous to the Town of Mammoth Lakes and patrons of the new Community Recreation Center.
