(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial workforce consulting service to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL. – Provide assess and redesign custodial staffing deployment, service assignments, and workload documentation for approximately 300 frontline custodial positions, servicing over 400 buildings and nearly 13 million square feet across academic, administrative, and health science buildings.– Conducting a thorough analysis of square footage assignments for custodial operations across academic and health science spaces.– Design a staffing structure and other industry–leading frameworks.– Produce custodial routes, cleaning maps, and daily, weekly or monthly task cards for all to clearly document areas of responsibility and required tasks for all frontline personnel.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
