(1) Vendor needs to provide office cleaning services to the government authority located in Salem, OR.– Areas to be cleaned weekly include:– Entryway.– Lobby.– Individual offices.– Common areas.– Break rooms.– Services to be provided include:– Dusting.– Sweeping.– Mopping floors.– Vacuuming carpets.– Garbage and recycling taken out.– Cleaning bathrooms and kitchenette.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
