(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system (LMS) and WordPress content management system.• The Department is seeking an Offeror to maintain and improve the existing LMS and WordPress Content Management System and rebrand the platform.• Maintain and improve current functionality of the LMS and WordPress platforms with minimal interruption for the following:a. MyODP/MyOMHSAS/PCCRC LMS;b. MyODP/MyOMHSAS WordPress; andc. Amazon S3 Repository;• Maintain response times and customer satisfaction of technical support provided through the LMS Help Desk.• Improve turnaround time and enhance the design of LMS, WordPress, and Amazon S3 related reports requested by Department staff.• Improve the certification processes of LMS to allow users to take courses on demand and allow for re–certification of all courses in LMS.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
