CLEANING-12822 - USA (Jefferson, Missouri) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO.– Empty office area waste and trash containers and deposit the trash into appropriate waste disposal containers.– Remove all trash and sweep sidewalks.– Spot clean all glass surfaces within the interior of the occupied space.– Vacuum all carpet from wall to wall, including all entrance and exit rugs and mats, clerical areas, mailroom, copier areas and heavily trafficked areas to remove all debris.– Wet mop all breakroom and restroom floors using a disinfectant.– Clean, disinfect and remove all mineral deposits of the interior and exterior of toilet bowls and seats, urinals, hand basins and faucets, counter tops, showers, all dispensers, and the walls around fixtures.– Clean and disinfect all tables, countertops, sides, tops and fronts of microwaves and refrigerators.– Clean all interior doors and doorframes.– Brush and spot clean fabric furniture.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid tour will be held on July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
