The City of Thousand Oaks (City) is inviting proposals from qualified financial institutions interested in providing custody and safekeeping services for the City's investment portfolio. The City's primary objective is to evaluate the current environment and establish a new contract with an institution that best meets the needs of the City. The City would like to take advantage of technology and improve efficiency, where possible. The City's current contract ends on January 1, 2025. The contemplated contract period will be five years with the option to renew once for an additional five years. Pricing proposals should reflect fixed pricing for the initial five-year term. Price adjustments may be negotiated for the extension term.
