(1) Vendor needs to provide lead line service include field verification and material identification of approximately 9,734 service lines to the government authority located in St. Thomas, VI.The project report template shall include at minimum the following categories:1) Project Name2) Project Manager3) Project Summary• Brief summary of work completed during reporting period, including general progress of field inspections, data entry, and inventory verification.4) Progress to Date• Total service lines in water distribution system• Total service lines verified to date• Percentage of service lines verified• Service line material breakdown (Lead, GRR, Non–Lead, Unknown)5) Work Completed During Reporting Period• Number of inspections completed• Location/neighborhoods inspected• Data uploaded to inventory database (ArcGIS)• Photos of exposed service lines that were verified during reporting period– The Offeror shall also perform GIS–based data collection of service line location using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise and shall provide all data in an ArcGIS–compatible format suitable for agency GIS system and EPA Lead Service Line Inventory reporting.
