(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary public health officer service to the government authority located in Lakeport, CA. • Reporting to the health services director, contractor shall carry out the functions of contracted public health officer for a duration of time while the county recruits a public health officer• Review and approve all Public Health standing orders and protocols for in–house and mobile clinic.• Serves as the local Registrar of Vital Records for the County.• Be available by phone for consultation related to communicable diseases and be available by phone for consultation related to communicable diseases and meet with health services staff as needed, either in person or virtually.
