(1) Vendor needs to provide public records management system.– A public records management system with a complete recodification, including a comprehensive review and update of the 1956 Code, to include all legislation of a general and permanent nature• Provide robust search and query tools. • Provide the public with 24/7/365 online access to records. • Increase staff productivity and efficiency through automated indexing and reduced paper handling. • Ensure that legislation is up–to–date and is in line with state statutes and the current needs of your constituents, in addition to making the overall Code consistent in organization, format, style, and content. • Provide access to the Code and make it easier for constituents and staff to find information by implementing a fully searchable online version of its Code. • Have a robust system architecture and employ best practices for security and backup.
