(1) Vendor needs to provide pilot initiatives service to the government authority located in Providence, RI.• Task 1: Planning• Perform start–up activities for the proposed activities, which may include but are not limited to:o Establishing partnership agreements among all participating organizationso Conducting any necessary assessments to better understand the problem and potentialbarriers to implementationo Hire, onboard, and/or train key personnelo Developing workflows and procedureso Securing venues, supplies, and materials required for the activities• Partnership Agreements• Standard Operating Procedures– Task 2: Implementation• Within 60 days of the project start, begin the implementation phase of the project.• Continuously refine and iterate the approach based on feedback and other quality measures• number served• Develop a plan to sustain the projects’ activities after the conclusion of the project period, whichmay include but not limited to:o Identifying additional funding sourceso Formalizing long–term partnerships.o Identifying opportunities to integrate activities into existing organizational operations.o Developing plans to maintain food access systems after City funding concludes.o Identifying policy or systems changes that could improve long–term food security forrecovery housing residents(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
