(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Quincy, CA.– Supply all cleaning supplies, such as but not limited to, cleaning or chemical agents, all paper products, trash liners, consumables, etc.– Vacuum carpeted areas.– Dust mop, damp mop and buff.– Spot Clean Carpet.– Steam clean carpets.– Pick up and empty all waste baskets.– Walls – Spot–clean or dust.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Walk through will be held on September 24, 2026.
