(1) Vendor needs to provide NG911 call handling equipment sustainment services to the government authority located in Harrisburg, PA.      – To provide an End of Life and End of Support system audit, sustainment plan, equipment, and services to extend the life cycle of End of Life and End of Support agency, Emergency Call Works, and Intrado Viper call handling equipment Systems.– Call handling equipment solution manufacturer or certified channel partner or reseller of the call handling equipment solution to provide cost effective stopgap maintenance and support services to sustain these call handling equipment systems.(2) The contract period will be two years.
