(1) Vendor needs to provide DJ services. – Provide professional DJ Services to the agency.  – The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to support successful event execution.– Services:• Event support:– Provide DJ/MC services for campus events of varying size and audience demographics.– Collaborate with agency staff to understand event goals, themes, and audience.– Arrive on–site with sufficient time for setup, testing, and sound checks.• Music programming and engagement:– Curate music selections appropriate for diverse campus audiences.– Accommodate reasonable requests from event organizers and attendees.– Adjust music style and energy level based on real–time audience response.• Equipment and technical support:– Professional–grade sound systems suitable for indoor and outdoor venues.– Microphones (wireless and/or wired as needed).– Mixing equipment and playback systems.• Staffing:– Provide qualified, experienced personnel to perform services.– Ensure assigned staff are professional, punctual, and appropriately dressed.– Maintain consistency of personnel where feasible.• Coordination and communication:– Participate in pre–event planning discussions as requested.– Designate a primary point of contact.• Setup, operation, and breakdown:– Complete setup prior to event start time.– Operate equipment continuously and reliably during event hours.– Break down and remove all equipment promptly following the event.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
