DRA-11127 - USA (California) - Accredited Water Quality Laboratory Testing, Analysis, and Reporting Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide accredited water quality laboratory testing, analysis, and reporting services to the government authority located in California.– Perform water quality laboratory testing, analysis, and reporting services on an as–needed basis.– Perform heterotrophic plate count bacteria analysis with a minimum 48–hour incubation period.– Provide complete analyses and submit electronic reports to within 10 business days.– The successful respondent shall submit the Fee Schedule, including all target analytes and their corresponding reporting limits, as part of their proposal.– Provide Electronic Data Deliverable (“EDD“) files for all data reports.– Provide all quality assurance (“QA“) and quality control (“QC“) data in each testing report in csv format.– Analysis performed using approved analytical methods with all quality control requirements met and sample holding times not exceeded. – Complete certified analytical report provided with all requested analytes, QA/QC data, detection limits, and analyst certification using approved analytical methods. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
