Description

The City of Milpitas is seeking proposals from qualified proposers in response to this Request for Proposals to perform “on-call” printing and plan well services for the City’s Public Works Department. The Public Works Department is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of City public works and public improvement projects. The 2024-2028 five-year Capital Improvement Program totals approximately $244 million. Printing services needed will include but are not limited to, black and white and color copies, both large and small format copies, 24” x 36” or larger plotting services, and online plan well services to manage the plan holder list and the distribution of plans, specifications, and addenda for projects out to bid.
