(1) Vendor needs to provide solar system to the government authority located in Unity, NH.– To design a facility approximately 2,000 to 2,500 square feet with additional space for a fenced playground area, minimal on–site staff parking, and drop–off access that provides space to safely and efficiently facilitate drop–off & pick–up of children from the facility.– This project will provide childcare for approximately 30 children aged from 6 weeks old to school–age.– The conceptual plan included a notional floorplan based on a 2,000 square foot facility. – The design team will include representatives from Sullivan County staff as well as the Boys & Girls Club, as they will be operating the facility on behalf of the County once it is constructed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
