(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering consulting services to the government authority located in Essex, NJ.• Coordinate engineering related aspects of various issues as they arise.• Work with city staff when required to provide inspection of various projects.• Assist in the preparation of the city’s capital budget, and other engineering–related budgets.• Review issues for projects submitted to the planning board and zoning board of adjustments as needed.• Attend meetings with the commission when necessary.• Attend meetings with the planning board, zoning board and other city boards when necessary.• Coordinate with various members of the city staff on engineering related issues.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
