(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to the government authority located in Storrs, CT.– Experienced and qualified certified public accounting firms to provide independent audit services for infrastructure program.– Audit services will be conducted in accordance with applicable agency general statutes, auditing standards, and requirements governing public infrastructure and capital programs.– Provide a comprehensive audit approach that meets statutoryrequirements while supporting the university’s oversight, reporting, and governance responsibilities.– Audit and compliance services:– Develop and perform annual audit procedures of program projects in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.– Identify discrepancies, exceptions, areas of non–compliance, and areas for improvement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.
