(1) Vendor needs to provide refuse and trash collection, removal and disposal services to the government authority located in Moody, TX.– Each service type must be distinguished with a different colour; e.g., brown containers for trash/refuse and green containers for recycling. – Leak proof; Drain plugs shall be securely in place to prevent discharges. – Clear of any graffiti or advertising, except the advertising logo of the contractor. – Insect and rodent resistant; Must have hatches or lid cover to keep animals and rodents out and to prevent rainwater from entering the trash container.
