(1) Vendor needs to provide banking and related services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.– Banking and treasury–related services– General demand deposit account services, used to transfer funds from six (6) of varioussub–accounts to the lottery’s primary account;– Specialized account services for the controlled disbursement and positive pay file accounts, whichfacilitate daily cash management;– Depository and paper disbursement services,– Scel account administration,– General account services,– Paper disbursement services,– Electronic funds transfer services,– Specialized account services,– Cash management and investment services,– Dedicated customer account management services etc.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on August 21,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
