CONS-22450 - USA (Grand Island, Nevada) - Fireproofing Restoration Service - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fireproofing restoration service to the government authority located in Grand Island, NE.• Contractors to remove and reinstall electrical components as necessary and restore damaged spray–applied fire–resistant on structural steel members within an existing building• The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, supervision, permits, testing, inspections, and incidentals necessary to deliver a fully functional, compliant and completed project. • Conduct a comprehensive field assessment of damaged or missing fireproofing.• Identify electrical conduit, raceways, junction boxes, supports, and related equipment that interfere with restoration of the fireproofing system.• Remove, relocate, reroute, support, or reinstall electrical components as necessary to facilitate proper restoration of the fireproofing.• Restore fireproofing to all affected structural steel members.• Provide documentation demonstrating that repaired assemblies maintain the required fire–resistance rating.– The Contractor shall:• Perform a site visit and field verification of existing conditions.• Identify all locations where fireproofing has been removed, damaged, deteriorated, delaminated, or is otherwise deficient.• Document existing conditions with photographs.• Provide a proposed repair plan for review prior to commencing work(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026
