(1) Vendor needs to provide unmanned aircraft system vehicle platform to the government authority located in Texas.– The system must be a single tactical unit capable of housing, managing, and autonomously operating a fleet of at least simultaneously to provide continuous, untethered surveillance.– The system must be vehicle–mountable (approx. 400 lbs), deployable in under 10 minutes, and capable of fully automating the entire lifecycle (launch, recovery, battery charging, and redeployment) without requiring manual operator intervention for battery swaps or aircraft handling.
