(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing counsel affordable and housing planning consultant service to the government authority located in Mercer, NJ.• The Township of Robbinsville desires to appoint a firm or firms to provide wide array ofengineering services regarding the sewer collection and conveyance system in the agency including but not limited to:1. Concept Plan Development2. Grant Applications3. Design Engineering4. Construction Management/Inspection5. Planning6. Other General Engineering Tasks as Required7. Escrow Reviews of Land Use Board Applications• Injury and Illness Management:o Provide treatment for work–related injuries, including lacerations, sprains,fractures, and burns.o Develop a clear process for handling emergency cases and specialist referrals.o Provide prompt, documented injury reporting and treatment plans.• Physical Examinations:o Pre–employment: Conduct physical exams to determine if applicants canperform the job's essential functions.o Fitness–for–Duty: Evaluate an employee's ability to return to work after an injury orillness.o Department of Transportation (DOT): Specify the need for a certified medicalexaminer for DOT physicals, if applicable.o Pre–employment and annual physicals for Firefighters: Compliant with agency1582 medical exam components and agency guidelineso Pre–employment and annual physicals for Emergency Medical Technicians(EMTs): In accordance with established township/department protocols.o Pre–employment physicals for Police Officers: Compliant with NJ Police Training(2) The contract period will be for one year.
