Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide aerial photography and digital orthoimagery services to the government authority located in Noblesville, IN.– Modern geospatial data acquisition, processing, and delivery capabilities to provide the following professional services:– Digital Aerial Photography (NADIR): Acquire new four–band NADIR digital aerial photography and associated data products,– Digital Orthoimagery: Develop new high–resolution natural color (3–inch pixel) four–band digital orthoimagery data products,– Preliminary Unrectified, Georeferenced Images (NADIR): Deliver preliminary raw unrectified images in uncompressed GeoTIFF format delivered within two weeks of acquisition of the aerial imagery,– Ground Control: Hamilton County has established over 200 horizontal and vertical ground control points,– Aerial Triangulation: Use new aerial trangulation (AT) techniques to extend and densify ground control for the production of digital orthoimagery for 1“=50' scale mapping.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
