Vendor needs to provide investment consulting and management services to provide non custody, nondiscretionary investment consulting and management services to the government authority located in Yardley, Pennsylvania.• Manage the commission’s investment portfolio on a full–time basis pursuant to the specific stated investment objectives set forth in the investment policy and the trust indenture, as applicable.• Proactively identify, research and recommend to commission staff specific securities for purchase as funds become available for investment.• Upon approval, place orders for the purchase or sale of securities, communicate settlement information to commission staff and assist in coordinating security settlement with the trustee.• Serve as a general resource to commission staff for information and advice regarding fixed income securities, economic conditions and yield curve analysis, and provide timely market updates relevant to the permitted investments and policy objectives.• Work with commission staff to develop projections to ensure that the investment strategy is consistent with the commission’s projected cash requirements.• Prepare additional customizable ad hoc reports or statements as necessary relating to investment activities, portfolios and additional requests as requested.• Maintain accurate and complete portfolio records, including reports that demonstrate portfolio composition, diversification and compliance with the commission’s investment policy and the trust indenture, as applicable.• Develop and recommend investment strategies that will seek to enhance portfolio performance under current and future market conditions within the parameters of the investment policy and the trust indenture, as applicable, and cash flow needs.• Proactively research, identify, evaluate and recommend when appropriate, alternative investment opportunities within the permitted investments that may benefit the commission’s portfolio, in compliance with the investment policy and the trust indenture, as applicable.
