(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive yard waste, bulk collection and processing services to the government authority located in Oxford, MD.• The goals of this procurement are:• Provide safe, reliable, and efficient collection services for residential yard waste and bulky household items.• Maintain a high level of customer service through timely collections, responsive communication, and prompt resolution of service requests.• Promote environmental stewardship by maximizing recycling, composting, and other waste diversion opportunities while minimizing landfill disposal.• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and environmental standards.• Utilize qualified personnel and well–maintained equipment to provide dependable service and minimize disruptions.• Offer flexible service options that accommodate seasonal fluctuations in yard waste generation and periodic increases in bulk collection demand.• Deliver cost–effective services that provide long–term value while maintaining consistent service quality for Town residents.• Yard Waste CollectionCollect yard waste annually:• Collect yard waste from eligible residential properties two days a month year–round. The Town prefers the second and last Tuesday of the month; however, is open to alternate days, which should be included in the bid form. Contractor services include canvassing the entire Town to collect yard waste for residential dwellings. Collection volume varies.Services include collection of the following twice a month year–round:o Leaveso Grass clippings must be placed in containers that will be emptied at pick up, no plastic bags or mixing of yard wasteo Garden and plant debriso Brush(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026 (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2026
