(1) Vendor needs to provide professional district treasurer services to the government authority located in Liverpool, NY.• Custody of Funds: Act as custodian of all district monies, ensuring funds are deposited in board–designated depositories pursuant.• Cash Flow & Collateral Management: Monitor daily cash balances, oversee collateralization of bank deposits in excess of limits, and coordinate short–term investments with the Business office. • Banking Relationships: coordinate with the district's designated financial institutions regarding deposits, wire transfers, collateral requirements, authorized signatories, and other treasury–related banking activities. • Bank Reconciliations: perform timely monthly reconciliations for all district bank accounts and compare bank statements with win cap general ledger accounts.• Warrant & Disbursement Signatures: Review approved accounts payable and payroll warrants and affix authorized signature/electronic signature to District checks and wire transfers. • Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly treasurer's reports to the board of education showing receipts, disbursements, and fund balances by account. • Debt Service Accounting: Coordinate and monitor all long–term and short–term debt service transactions, including bonds, bond anticipation notes (BANs), principal and interest payments, and related reporting requirements in coordination with the business office, fiscal advisors, and paying agents.• Financial Reporting Support: Assist the business office in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation requested by the board of education, external auditors, the office of the state comptroller, rating agencies, and other governmental entities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
