(1) Vendor needs to provide general architectural and engineering consultants services including buildings, horizontal and vertical circulation systems, site development, evaluation and integration of the urban context, landscaping, ancillary roadways, parking facilities, restrooms, canopies, way finding, bus facilities, heavy rail facilities, accessibility, life safety, operational and security enhancements, access control, site furniture, furniture and equipment, project cost estimates, and administrative services to assist in executing Work Program projects to the government authority located in Miami, FL.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
