(1) Vendor needs to provide Amazon Cognito identity provider implementation and legacy user migration services to the government authority located in Arizona.– Provide specialized identity and access management (IAM) architecture, cloud security engineering, and data migration services to design, configure, and implement Amazon Cognito as the Identity Provider (IdP) across external taxpayer–facing applications.– Primary target application environment includes the new Revhub Taxpayer Portal (TPP) and existing legacy state portals, primarily website.– Provide professional technical services, system design, integration engineering, user data migration execution, hypercare support, and technical documentation to support agency identity modernization initiative.– Design, configure, and deploy production–ready AWS Cognito User Pools tailored for taxpayer authentication.– Configure security features, including Multifactor Authentication (MFA), password policies, account recovery processes, custom claims, and custom scopes.– Application Portals Integration– Legacy User Data Migration Strategy & Execution(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
