The contract will provide professional engagement planning, facilitation, logistics and reporting services to support PSES's engagement regarding public alerting involving vulnerable missing persons. The contractor will work with PSES to finalize the engagement approach and materials and will plan and facilitate accessible stakeholder engagement through a combination of regional in-person listening sessions, virtual engagement opportunities, and smaller targeted focus groups with advocacy and community organizations.
