Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to provide roofing repairs to the Leon County Supervisor of Elections Building in accordance with Attachment A – Specifications and Attachment B – Construction Documents. The work includes but is not limited to: The work includes replacing approximately 60,000 square feet of low slope roof system, structural repairs and replacement of up to ten (10) rooftop mounted HVAC equipment units.
