(1) Vendor needs to provide vacation and short–term rental monitoring software. – Establish, maintain and update a thorough, customizable, detailed database of all Short–Term Rental (STR) activity in the borough accessible to agency Staff.– Create and maintain a comprehensive database of all short–term rental operations in the agency based on information from any applicable websites, apps, and platforms.– A customizable user interface to allow for the filtering of viewable information and to eliminate lengthy load times with unnecessary data.– Regular monitoring of short–term rental listings at different intervals.– Update the database with new data after each monitoring.– The ability to distinguish and identify when a rental has been sold but is still operational by different owners.– The ability to assign permanent, non–expiring sales tax account numbers to listings.– Update and list reviews from all applicable websites, apps, and platforms on a regular basis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
