(1) Vendor needs to provide project line strategic communications, outreach, and community relations services.– Provide guidance regarding effective communication strategies for public meetings, community discussions, business outreach meetings, elected official briefings, and construction coordination meetings.– Provide strategic communications, outreach, public participation, business relations, and community engagement services to support the delivery of the bus rapid transit (BRT) project.– Develop and facilitate public communication and engagement training workshops for project staff and project partners.– Develop communication strategies, outreach approaches, and notification templates to support future construction activities and major project milestones.– Develop communications strategies to proactively address any currently unknown or politically sensitive issues that may arise during project development or construction.– Provide facilitation support and coaching for public–facing meetings and engagement activities.– Program management, integrated coordination and strategic communications.– Develop project messaging and communication protocols.– Digital engagement and accessibility implementation plan.– Periodic outreach and engagement summaries.– Develop social media content and communication materials.– Prepare newsletters, email updates, and digital notifications.– Public education and awareness campaigns.– Community relations and stakeholder coordination.– Messaging framework.– Outreach and engagement materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
