EXTRA-76950 - USA (Vermont) - Affiliate Counselor Network Administration and Payment Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide affiliate counselor network administration and payment services to the government authority located in VT. – Contractor shall serve as the affiliate counselor network administrator and payment agent.– Affiliate counselors will be engaged by the Contractor as independent contractors rather than employees, subject to all applicable worker–classification requirements.– Contractor shall be responsible for all administrative functions related to the independent contractor status for those providers, including but not limited to:– Independent contractor payment processing, tax reporting, and any withholding required by law.– Independent contractor agreement administration and contractor records maintenance.– Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws applicable to independent contractor classification, contracting, payment, and tax reporting.– Carry minimum general liability and workers’ compensation coverage, as appropriate.– Credential verification and ongoing monitoring of provider licensure.– Each invoiced hour shall reference a work approval number for validation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
