CSE-23869 - USA (Franklin, Tennessee) - Door Access Control Software and Hardware Service - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide door access control software and hardware service to the government authority located in Franklin, TN. – Provide, update and install door access software as well as necessary hardware updates and additions (as needed) to ensure fully operational and upgraded security system for current windows operating systems.– Supply and install door access control hardware (electronic locks, strikes, card, fob readers, etc.) as necessary.– Provide secure access management software with real–time monitoring of user access scheduling and reporting.– Performed shall include furnishing labor, material and any other associated items to secure entry doors as well as various interior access doors.– Integrate system with existing security and IT infrastructure as needed (e.g. alarm systems, servers, etc.).– Ensure ADA compliance and emergency override capabilities.– Ensure software is supported with capability of updates and operating system support.(2) Pre–bid visit tour will be held on June 29, 2026.
