Vendor needs to provide personal responsibility education program innovative strategies services.• The Personal Responsibility Education Program Innovative Strategies (PREIS) supports cooperative agreement projects with funding to implement and test the effectiveness of innovative, adolescent pregnancy prevention strategies and interventions among the target population.• Evaluations must be conducted by an independent, third–party evaluator. A minimum of 20 percent of funding per year must be allocated to an independent, third–party evaluator.• Educate adolescents on both abstinence and contraception to help prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV/AIDS.• Maintain continuous staff coordination and management, participant engagement and satisfaction, and stakeholder support throughout the intervention.• Show compelling, positive preliminary evidence of your proposed intervention that has not been evaluated through an RCT or QED.• Propose interventions that have the potential to scale and be replicated by others in the adolescent pregnancy and STI prevention field• Share evaluation findings and lessons learned by submitting manuscripts to peer reviewed journals and giving presentations at professional conferences.
