DRA-11820 - USA (Waterbury, Vermont) - Flood Study and Alternatives Analysis Service - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide flood study and alternatives analysis service to the government authority located in Waterbury, VT. – The consulting services contract will encompass hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, field data collection, alternatives analyses, benefit–cost analyses, and project reporting as described in the following tasks: – Task: 1 Project Initiation and Data Collection:• Existing data review – evaluation of existing conditions including review of flood history, channel assessment and field survey.• Field data collection/section survey –Survey cross sections located to define the channel profile, channel cross sections, floodplain, including Green LIDAR collection of the Winooski channel– Task: 2 Alternatives Analysis and 30% Design:• Hydrology and hydraulics – Conduct updated hydrology and hydraulic analysis to predict peak flow, flood depth and velocity for existing conditions and alternatives analysis.• Alternatives analysis/preferred projects selection – Develop/refine alternatives for analysis. Additional alternatives may emerge during the scoping process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
