(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.1. Provide legal research, analysis, opinions, and memoranda regarding property valuation, property taxation, administrative law, and matters affecting the duties of the County Assessor.2. Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for administrative proceedings and proceedings before district, appellate, and supreme courts.3. Represent the County Assessor in property valuation protests, tax refund claims, appeals, and other administrative or judicial proceedings as requested.4. Provide ongoing legal advice regarding valuation and assessment procedures(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on November 10,2026.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
