(1) Vendor needs to provide optimized storage and replenishment solution.• The Contractor shall furnish and implement a standardized, sustainable, highly visual, point–of–use inventory–management environment that improves inventory visibility, supply availability, replenishment reliability, workflow efficiency, and control of excess, duplicate, and expired inventory.• Provides a solution that meets or exceeds the agency salient characteristics for a brand–name–or–equal optimized storage and replenishment solution.• Demonstrates a feasible approach for assessment, storage design, inventory validation, physical implementation, transition, barcode–based workflows, authorized M–System inventory–information exchange, training, post–implementation validation, and closeout• Visual inventory management: The solution shall provide standardized visual controls that enable authorized personnel to determine supply status, bin location, item identification, replenishment quantity or par level, and replenishment condition without reliance on manual inventory counts.• Healthcare point–of–use suitability: The solution shall be suitable for hospital and clinical point–of–use medical–supply environments, including inpatient, outpatient, procedural, emergency, warehouse, and centralized medical supply storage areas.• Physical storage components: The solution shall include, as applicable, durable bins or equivalent containers, dividers, holders, labels, visual signals, Kanban cards or equivalent replenishment indicators, shelving or storage–configuration components, and other physical components necessary to implement the approved design.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(4) Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5)
