(1) Vendor needs to provide nicotine and vape education strategies services.– A comprehensive community education strategy designed to support and enhance the nicotine use prevention work already happening across the County. – The strategy should include pathways to collaborate with schools, counties, and other potential partners to secure their buy–in for a coordinated, unified approach.– Promotion and implementation of an evidence–based cessation tool that can be offered to County residents.– This includes the development of a media strategy that localizes messaging to the County.– Provide complete the design of the education strategy along with an evaluation plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
