(1) Vendor needs to provide anger management services to the government authority located in Ukiah, CA. – Seeks access to high–quality, trauma–informed Anger Management programming that supports clients in developing healthier coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening communication and conflict–resolution skills.– Services must be:• Trauma–informed: aligned with best practices in child welfare, recognizing how trauma impacts emotional regulation and behavior• Culturally responsive and grounded in practices that promote emotional regulation, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.– Service Modalities• Deliver group and/or individual sessions using a validated, evidencebased/informed curriculum (evidence description must be included)• Address trauma, stress, and family dynamics’ impact on anger expression– Support safe parenting, positive relationships, and sustained behavioral change• Collaborate with child welfare staff, actively participate in case planning, and deliver timely documentation for court and case management needs– All facilitators must:• Be trained in an evidence–based/evidence–informed anger management curriculum• Have experience working with child welfare involved families– Crisis & Safety Support• Continuously identify safety risks from intake onward• Provide brief interventions during escalated emotions or conflicts, especially when related to the child welfare case– Reporting for Case and Court Needs• Produce written progress reports upon request, documenting skill acquisition, behavior change, and stress management, if needed in addition to the monthly progress updates.• Administer a formal assessment every six months or at social worker’s request and at the end of the program, measuring behavioral progress.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
