CONS-24472 - USA (Providence, Rhode Island) - Downtown Alleyway Activation and Redesign Service - Deadline November 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown alleyway activation and redesign service to the government authority located in Providence, RI. – The services shall, in general, consist of preparing the necessary site assessments, summary reports and concept drawings and renderings, contract documents, plans and intermediate sketches, specifications, quantities, distribution of quantities, estimates, and post–design services for the Project.– The Project will consist of Site Assessments, collaborative Community Engagement with thecultural strategist, Conceptual & Urban Design Services, Preliminary Design Services, FinalDesign Services, construction documents as needed, and PS&E Design Services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
