(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, advertising, media buying, public relations, website maintenance and development service.– Services to be provided may include to the planning, development and production of a comprehensive marketing program, advertising, public relations, media buying, web site hosting, maintenance, development, branding, graphic design, paid social media, special event planning support, video production and other services.– Marketing, advertising, media buying, video production, public relations, and website maintenance and development companies to provide services.    – Create, prepare, and submit marketing communications plans, marketing advertising concepts, rough layouts, rough storyboards, etc. and plans for development and execution as needed.– Develop multi–media campaigns plan, identify goals, establish key statements, determine tactics and timeliness and communications planning.– Provide coding and security updates, performance and application testing, ADA compliance, testing and quality assurance, search engine optimization (SEO) implementation.– Contribute with ongoing strategic points–of–view, marketing plans for new initiatives and products, as well as major presentations to senior management.– Development of graphic design concepts in various stages of complexity.– Media planning will include the use of all media vehicles as needed based on strategic direction.– Use google analytics and industry benchmarks and research to provide best user experience.– Provide 24/7 on call services when after–hours support and services are needed.– An integrated marketing approach to marrying innovative ideas through websites.– Host website, development and execution(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for five years.
