(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency response learning and capacity development consultant services to the government authority located in North Carolina.• This consultancy will help organize and capture organizational learning pertaining to emergency responses, by consistently capturing lessons learned from across the Strengthening Infectious Disease Detection Systems (STRIDES) portfolio of countries.• Learning is currently captured, stored, and shared across STRIDES, including existing MEL and communications processes, platforms, and approved formats• The ideal candidate will have enough technical grounding in emergency preparedness and response to structure and manage reviews and exercises, while also having the organizationallearning skills to capture, synthesize, and share lessons across outbreaks and countries, including through regional virtual communities of practice.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than 19 October 2026.
