CONS-23202 - USA (New Rochelle, New York) - Construction Management Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in New Rochelle, NY.– Provide during preconstruction, construction, and post–construction phases of any district project.– Consult with the district and its design firm regarding the project program, budget, timetable and advisability of various bidding options and timing of construction.– Assist the design firm in developing a multiple prime bid strategy.– Assist the district and design firm in evaluating the responsiveness and completeness of construction bids and proposals received.– Provide construction cost accounting to district and design firm.– Collect, organize, review and approve for delivery to the district all operating manuals, equipment lists and maintenance manuals required by the contract documents.– Monitor on site conditions to ensure the Contractor maintains site security, a clean and safe construction environment, temporary protection and temporary support systems to prevent injuries, damage to property and loss of life.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
