EXTRA-77144 - USA (Salisbury, Maryland) - Youth Violence Intervention Program Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide youth violence intervention program services to the government authority located in Salisbury, MD. – Provide desires to support the long–term success of high–risk youth ages 12–24 who have had previous or current justice system involvement, group or gang affiliations, victims of violence, chronic absenteeism or school disengagement, probation/parole status, and/or recent suspension/expulsion. The purpose of the program is to provide education, deterrence efforts, and direct mentoring. • Applicants will propose a program/model design that addresses the needs of the target population:– Program must include conflict mediation efforts/workshops.– Program must include group sessions for life skills, anger management, etc.– Staff must be trained in trauma–informed care.– Applicant will have partnership with local law enforcement agencies, public schools, DJS, parole/probation, etc. as referral sources.– Provide linkages to other community–based programs to assist with other needs such as clothing, food, shelters, housing, along with any other identified needs.– Incorporation of intentional efforts to address racial and ethnic disparities.– Incorporation of intentional efforts to reduce adverse childhood experiences and increase trauma informed practices.• Deliver services in person, including providing a safe and stable environment. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026.
