STAFF-17020 - USA (Jackson, Mississippi) - Temporary Staffing Services - Deadline November 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.– In four categories: (1) General Office Support; (2) Administrative Office Support; (3) Accounting Office Support; and (4) Warehouse Clerks.1. General office support – the minimum requirements for staff to be placed at an agency requesting general office support are:– High school diploma or GED;– Six (6) months of office support experience;– Good communication skills;2. Administrative Office Support– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;– Ability to compose and type routine letters and reports;– Ability to maintain a filing system for classifying, retrieving, and disposing of materials and correspondence, records, reports, and other documents;3. Accounting Office Support– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;– Basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs;4. Warehouse Clerk– Typing and record–keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory,– Willing to learn to operate a Stock Picker safely and be able to work above ground level.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
