(1) Vendor needs to provide audiology services to the government authority located in Redmond, WA.– Administer a hearing protection plan to include on–site audiology testing for city employees at city facilities or other designated locations.– Re–test and re–train for individuals shown to have a standard threshold shift.– Coordinates evaluation activities, including confidentiality of records, with the safety program manager of the city to be named at time of contract execution.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
